Supervisor Cresit Dowdell has been working at the Tracey Wyatt Recreation Complex since opening day 10 years ago. She helped to grow the senior citizens program from 2 to 200 participants while other programs thrive as well. She speaks of the deep family engagement work of the Recreation Complex’s programming as catalyst for the improvement of the Godby Road corridor.
